Meheco Holds Q3 Party Building and Operation Analysis Meetings

From October 21 to 23, China Meheco Group Co., Ltd. ("Meheco" ) held a regular meeting on party building and an operation analysis meeting for Q3 of 2024, and a review meeting of 2025 Business Plan in Jiangxi Province.

On October 21, Meheco held the Regular Meeting on Party Building for Q3 of 2024 & Promotion Meeting for Deepening Grassroots Party Building from Seven Aspects at the Red Education Base of the CPC Jinggangshan Municipal Committee. Hu Huidong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of the Company, attended and addressed the meeting, which was presided over by Zhou Xingbing, Full-time Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Company. The meeting reviewed the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech at the National Conference on Party Building Work of State-owned Enterprises, and conveyed the important deployment of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on deepening the reform of the party building system as well as the spirit of the Regular Meeting on Party Building for Q3 of 2024 of Meheco. The Party Committee of Topfond and the Party Committee of Genertec China Meheco International exchanged their work experience on deepening grassroots party building from seven aspects. The Party work departments of the Company respectively provided guidelines on the deployment of key tasks in Q4. After the meeting, the attendees traced General Secretary Xi Jinping's footsteps to Jinggangshan Revolutionary Martyrs Cemetery. They presented flower baskets and bowed to the revolutionary martyrs, and felt the spiritual power of "a single spark can start a prairie fire".

From October 22 to 23, Meheco held a business analysis meeting for Q3 of 2024. Gu Jin, Deputy General Manager and a member of the Leading Party Group of Genertec, attended the meeting via video and gave instructions. Yang Guang, Chairman and Secretary of the Party Committee of Meheco gave a concluding speech. Hu Huidong, General Manager and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Meheco, gave an opening speech. Tong Chaoyin, Qiang Yong, Liu Zhiyong and Wu Yue, directors/supervisors dispatched by the Group to the Company, relevant responsible persons from the Strategy Department of the Group and the management of the Company attended the meeting. Gu Jin required the Company to confidently and actively adapt itself to the new changes in the industry situation; pragmatically rely on the Group's medical industry layout to create differentiated competitive advantages; and practically and earnestly tackle the year-end key problems and make a good business plan for next year. At the meeting, the Company's Finance Department gave a report on the budget implementation in Q3 of 2024; and the Strategy Department gave an operation analysis and a performance tracking and early warning report for Q3 of 2024. The main responsible persons of the Device Business Department, the Commercial Business Department, the International Business Department, the Industrial Business Department and relevant subsidiaries comprehensively reviewed and summarized the business performance in the first three quarters of 2024, and reported in detail their respective business plans for 2025. The company leaders present provided comments and guidance based on the actual situation of their respective management work and field.

The heads of the Company's functional departments and the leaders of affiliated enterprises attended the meeting on the spot or by video.
